Am I developing schizophrenia or is this caffeine induced psychosis?

I quit smoking cigarettes for a month and I had a habit of replacing them with high caffeine consumption.
I'd wake up and have a cup with 3-4 teaspoons of instant coffee followed by 3-4 energy drinks.
I woke up one day and started getting paranoid, then came the delusions and then hallucinations which spiraled into a break from reality.

The break lasted a day but I'd have some weird residual symptoms like changes in perception, movements in the corner of my eyes and tactile hallucinations for about 2 weeks.
I'm symptom free for a month now and doing better. But I can't help but feel this is schizophrenia since I don't think that much caffeine is enough to induce psychosis.

That's a retarded amount of caffeine you fucking retard.

Impressive retardation.

I didn't drink it in one session your moron. That was for the whole day.

I know.

How can 3 teaspoons of instant coffee (instant is probably a lot weaker than espresso) and 4 energy drinks be enough to cause psychosis? I heard people talk about how they devour these things daily.

Dehydration can cause psychotic symptoms. So can hyponatremia. So can extended insomnia. So can a dozen other things that never present as even a possible issue for a mentally sound person, but are a constant risk for (you).

Simply put, you're a massive clinical retard with impressively idiotic life habits so by this point the only way for you to be safe for yourself and people around you is to get institutionalized where the decisions for what to consume and when are made entirely for you. .

>dehydration
Psychogenic polydipsia is a common SYMPTOM of schizophrenia NOT a cause. And I have experienced this in my psychosis.
>hyponatremia
Is CAUSED by psychogenic polydipsia because you consume too much water. Which I have also had according to my blood tests.
>insomnia
Could be caused by excessive caffeine but insomnia is also a symptom of schizophrenia.

This is why I'm more convinced it's schizophrenia instead of a brief psychotic episode caused by the consumption of caffeine.

You can act like you know your shit all you want.

Grippy socks and pills asap.

I'm waiting for the second episode to be 100% sure.

The point here is that you should be institutionalized regardless of whether it is legit schizophrenia or not.

If it is schizophrenia, then you are a schizophrenic trying to self-diagnose, which never works out well. And it it's not, then you are non-schizophrenic who abused his brain to the point where he has suspected schizophrenia, and the first solution to the problem was an attempt at self-diagnosis. Which is arguably worse.
