Which country has the best education system
>>16802550USA
>>16802553>school shootings>crushing student debt>bs degrees like Gender Studies are normalized>34th in math, by global ranking>16th in scienceSerious answers please
>>16802550a good question anon. but i bet you want some "fire", yes? some real hellfire on /sci/?i will answer not about a country, but what i think is the best education system ever: studying by yourself. if you have objective metrics about this - even better (how much hours of studying, problem solving etc.). metrics means you can identify patterns and try to optimize your studying. however, i can see that years of lectures, problem sets, and rigorous experiments teach, studying in a classroom, under a professor - isn't a bad way to learn, particularly comparing it with self-teach with poorly designed experiments and YouTube videos.
>>16802550You first have to define what is considered "best".
>>16802622Best = better than the rest
>>16802637How do you define better relationship? Countries that have more scientists? Or more citations by their scientists? Or something else?
>>16802649The most high quality academic output.
>>16802553the muttmerican still thinks hes relevant in any scientific field
>>16802678Anon, give me metrics, not buzz words.

>>16802558image you posted might be the most subhuman midwitted attempt at "intelligent" political cringe in the history of the planet. Please do not accompany it with any attempt to argue for any position in any context if you wish to be taken seriously as a competent human being
>>16802779Best PISA scores.
>>16802550Scandinavian countries were the best in the late 90s, early 2000s, but now, who knows.Asian countries success is like USSR success against Germany in WWII
>>16802558most universities in the top 10 and top 100 than any other countryand that's all that mattersnobody cares if gorilla niggers can't read in 10th gradenobody cares if morons get indebted for life for useless degrees like gender studiesnobody cares that some chinks got super-pressured by their parents to do math 24/7 in their childhood and burned out afterwhat matters is the output of elite institutions since these are the ones that shape science, the industry and the world
Finland/Norway/Spain/Denmark
>>16802550US by far and it's not even close.>>16802553fpbp>>16802558>t. chink who got rejected from every us college even at full tuition
>>16803163According to worldpopulationreview.com Singapore has the most highest PISA scores (math, science, reading). So Singapore number one I guess? Here you go. I agree that we can try to define other relationships that measure quality of academic output, but why do it if we already have existing ones? Although we can criticize them.
>>16803184>most universities in the top 10 and top 100 than any other countryThe question is education system not best institutions of science. You can have the worlds greatest minds but that does't mean they teach for shit. A lot of the best scientists, engineers and mathematicians are shitty professors. But at the end of the day it doesn't matter where you learn. If you are motivated enough you will teach yourself with the internet.
>>16803775This anon speaks words of truth.
>>16802550Unironically the US.You need to account for demographics. US has the best educated Whites, the best educated East Asians, the best educated Blacks etc.The US average is just being pulled down by demographic composition.
>>16803775>If you are motivated enough you will teach yourself with the internet. At which point gatekeeping becomes relevant. It doesn't matter how well you learn medical science on your own if you can't get into a residency program and then be certified to practice medicine. Same with learning the legal system and then not being able to sit for the bar exam. The amount of gatekeeping against the ambitious and self directed varies greatly by field and society.
>>16803184This is America
>>16804316Now imagine how bad every other country must be if they all line up to send their kids here to be educated.
>>16802558>>34th in math, by global ranking>>16th in sciencesounding really third worldish
>>16804363This is also America
>>16804506Yet every other country wants to educate their children here. Make it make sense. Is every other country really so shitty that they prefer your two videos over their own foibles?
you know it's bad when taxpayer money goes into shilling college on the four chan of all places
