Jean Dieudonné was part of Bourbacki and wrote his on 10 part series on "Analysis" which is much more impressive and worthwhile. Downside: Its hard to find copies beyond the first book

Grothendieck promoted the usage of Bourbaki set theory (with the infamous global choice operator tau). This appears EXPLICITELY in SGA4 (chapter 1). He also said it in a lecture note about functors at Algiers (the pdf can be found on nlab)
