Like it's harder to genetically modify someone still alive, it's easier before they are born, and it's still hard to do before they are born. If you want an update on our current progress, we can make you be born with a lot of hair and fur, like the wooly mice experiment, but there's like a 35% chance you'll die before you are born if the scientists do this to you lol.
