is there any way i can science it away without having to go to the doctor

The limey docs are saying it's basically diet skill issues and published a special diet for it: https://www.cuh.nhs.uk/patient-information/dietary-advice-for-patients-with-gallstones/

If you have the right diagnosis, there is a decent chance it might help, but if you forgo the doctor it's always possible you've really got pancreatic cancer or some shit too and catch it too l8, always a gamble.

it doesnt really hurt is just kinda tender, it flared up a couple weeks ago then went away and now its back

If it's not that bad, you can do urgent care, which is cheaper than a hospital without insurance.
