>>16818999You never lost your cognitive sharpness, its simply about choosing what you want to occupy your mind with. Your trauma is like a mosquito that is buzzing close to your ear. Fling that shit away, you wont get anywhere by listening to it anyway. If its childhood trauma: no, your identity does not revolve around something that has been done to you by someone else at some random day some long time ago.Your burnout is losing the ability to care. You cannot force yourself to care for something, you have to actually confirm yourself that this is something worth doing. Theres not much to do out there though, so just go play till things actually become serious enough to care. By playing I mean sharpening your mind.
