Which is better, Science or Math?

Math is rigorous enough to understand that it's not internally consistent. Engineering is too focused on solving practical problems to worry about rigour or consistency. Science has none of the practicality of engineering, nor the rigor of math. It's a pretty sad state of affairs if I do say so.
