Technically, you’re supposed to analyse yourself and make a checklist, you must be both healthy and attractive, and only then should you reproduce. If you look at yourself in the mirror and don’t like what you see then why would you want to create another human with that problem? The same thing applies to your health. If you have genetic health problems then don’t procreate.
