Mars atmosphere has been weak for a long time now. Whatever is found off of geological surveys on this planet shouldn't be considered intrinsically tied to the object itself.

>>16830727Well, i'm not really talking about the gases (which iirc are mostly being sucked out rather than in, not 100% sure of that i'm no science dude) but more of external objects being allowed to crash onto Mars. My claim would only concern a certain depths ofc. Deeper surveys might be more interesting and relevant.
