Most of the problem with my schizo mind is the fault information interpreter, it misinterprets situations, once you use the power of suggestion through self hypnosis to shut it down, your mind produces far less delusions.It mostly works well because no interpretation is better than a bad interpretation.
Maybe a better option it to try to stop interpreting entirely and train that, I'm getting paranoid I'm going to switch my brain off.
