Aliens do exist, there are at least trillions of different species of intelligent lifeforms in the entire universe, the only reason these aliens don't care to invade us is because humans don't even qualify to be considered as an intelligent species according to their standards, thus they can invade a better world with more technological and environmental resources. To them we're just worms.

There would be no reason to invade earth if you had the technology to not only escape a planetary gravity well and also turn asteroids into habitats. The odds are earth is the only planet that satisfies the conditions for an intelligent species that can also escape a gravity well.The odds of a planet that have an intelligent species that can also create rocket ships able to escape its gravity well are so infintesimal that it likely only happens once per galactic supercluster. Its also very likely that you cannot go FTL. This prevents any kind of ETs from reaching Earth.
