I'm sure there's also a small number of people who don't want to wear masks that also are against anyone wearing them, but they're far smaller in number and primarily motivated by the maskers demand that everyone mask. The compromise is for the maskers to wear their masks without being hassled and the non-maskers to not be hassled about not wearing a mask. That's mostly where we are now, with just a few outliers still demanding complete compliance of society to that person's choice.
