What are some things that can improve brain health, executive function and cognition besides supplements/peptides?
>>16849157Exercise, and bioactive foods/drinks/etc that are sort of like supplements.
>>16849157Getting a decent amount of sleep on a regular schedule helps with all of those.

>>16849157I know this all sounds like total bullshit and the science on it is *very* weak but look up N-Back training, relational frame training (syllogimous v3) and image streaming. I honestly wouldn't blame you for not giving these a try but they really do work, at least they have for me and apparently a few thousand other people. just about an hour a day over several weeks, if you really see no improvement at all then whatever.my daily routine is: 20 rounds of dual N-Back (1 minute each), this has greatly improved my memory.30 minutes of image streaming. this has greatly improved my general awareness of the world, verbal fluency, imagination, ability to map out problems, memory and the speed at which i thinkaround 20 syllogimous problems. has massively improved my memory, ability to link information together, make far-off connections and comprehend what I read/watch. if you can only do one of the things I recommend here, I would recommend this. It has the most scientific support and despite what I say about image streaming I believe I saw the most concrete/usable cognitive improvements from this and the effects also appear a lot faster. my settings for syllogimous are: everything is enabled except the "only (x)" settings, carousel mode, negation and stroop mode. I personally play with 5 premises.but y'know of course if you want something more proven and less obscure than just have a consistent sleep schedule, regular cardio, regular sunlight, regular socialization, good diet etc. etc.>>16849244and also check out some of the things this anon wrote about if you can somehow afford it. especially that TDCS and oxygen therapy stuff. I hear it has merit but I cant personally confirm.
>>16850033oh yes, and obviously if you wanna improve cognition then study shit.study lots.
>>16849157keto diet But don't just jump into zero carbs, you need to wean yourself off carbs slowly
