The Concept is interesting, magnetic poles fluctuating so hard it completely flips the map, Magnetosphere fucked up, apocalyptic storms, etc. etc., but I don't really know anything serious about it. All the mainstream sources just calls anything like this a "hoax" or a "theory", and this sort of thing is too esoteric to be discussed with /pol/fags and /v/tards, so tell me /sci/, What is the Polar shift? give me some serious info on this.
Low effort thread asking for spoon-feeding on a topic with zero additional thought put in the post. Not bumping it, chief.

>>16867699Polar flips do occur. We can be confident of this based on varying spin alignments in geologic strata. There doesn't seem to be any predictable "cycle" to it and it's never been associated with any cataclysm or mass extinction detectable in the fossil record. That answer your question?
>>16867699Even in theory it needs 100reds of years to flip. But the current movements shows thta the dynamo theory is blatantly false because there is no force to move the iron masses that fast.
