What you mean is Academic departments and similarly lying about what kind of work they do or research groups who fake their data or are insincere about their methodology or in other ways omit or suppress relevant points.Because when you're working in Academics, you suck either at the industry's or government's tits and they sure won't refund you or, mind you, even less recommend you for another project when you don't come up with the results they desire which, while not guarantueing it, very much predisposes you to come up with models that yield the desired results.
