How to deal with >https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nonverbal_learning_disorder? Is it even real or just a meme?

The pic you reused is created for the specific purpose of helping people like you mean to ask about.

Understand and accept that it is a learning disability. As with any other disability you should prioritize gravitating to spaces that are willing and able to accommodate it and avoid places that can not or will not do so.
Spend some time with body language materials intended for children and see if explicit instruction on what cues tend to mean what thing and see if you improve in any meaningful way.

My issue with nonverbal cues is the ambiguity.
Sometimes people cue with intent.
Sometimes they cue without intent.
Sometimes the intent is to deceive/mislead.
Too unreliable. I notice but mostly ignore. There might be consequences to normalizing this ambiguous plausibly deniable way of communicating.
Just show me respect and talk to me with our agreed upon language instead of expecting me to engage in ooga booga charades.

Arguably most of the non-verbal cues people are exposed to are fake.
