I used to be a speech language pathologist, and absolutely nothing triggers me harder than person first language.

>person with autism
>person with schizophrenia
>person with epilepsy

Any person who prefers person first language is a person with acerebral retardia (that's the clinical term for when you're a fucking retard)

In English, when you want to modify a noun, you put an adjective before it. You don't put a fucking prepositional phrase after it.

I'm glad I left the field, and it wasn't even because they asked me to find imaginary problems with grandma so I could bill her for services she didn't need. That shit happens all the time. If your nana is in a nursing home, there's a good chance she's getting scammed by people like me.

you should be jailed. kys hurry up.

I didn't go through with it. I got fired at the same time they had us start scamming the clients. I screwed up the billing.

By the way, the name of the place is Palisade Living Center, and it's in Grand Junction, CO

I asked my clinical supervisor about it, and she told me the key word is "finagling". In this context, "finagling" means using Medicare terminology to justify billing elderly clients for unnecessary services.

If that is what triggered you then the field is better off without you lol. Fucking brat.

I've thought about becoming a SLP in a school setting. What are you doing now with your degree?
