I literally posses the knowledge that I will wake up early tomorrow but I somehow cannot pass that knowledge along to whichever part of my brain governs falling asleep. What kind of retard designed this?
>>16886301The cicadan rythms keep me up. Noisy bugs.
>>16886301your body is programmed to keep you awake for multiple reasons
>>16886301>Scientifically speaking why can't I just make my body sleep?IDK OP... I just roll over on my left side and within 15 minutes I am asleep.
>>16886301>why can't I just make my body sleep?I can what's your problem. I lay down I can go to sleep anytime.
It should take 10 minutes from letting go and relaxing. If you can't let go or relax, its most likely from lack of exertion. But if you can lay down and relax: More than 10 minutes, its and its UARS, ADD, or something else.Circadian rhythm is just a bonus.
Scientifically speaking, why can't I just make my body cum using thoughts only?
>>16886301You got three options.Take 3mg of melatonin an hour prior to sleep, take 100mg of trazadone 30 minutes prior to sleep, take 1mg of clonidine prior to sleepAll three of these will keep you knocked out
>>16886753skill issue, you can.
>>16886765>Take 3mg of melatonin an hour prior to sleepWhy take amounts you can't take regularly without getting tolerance to it, and why advice it without the disclaimer?

One "scientific" interesting tip I can give you is that fasting will help restore your circadian rhythm. One of the primary "sleepiness" clocks your body uses is adenosine, which builds up throughout the day, starts building up much faster when light is reduced and temperature goes down, and once it reaches a certain point it starts to induce sleep. In the morning, adenosine gets cleared, and the "clock" starts building up again from zero. This is why light exposure late in the day hinders sleep, because it keeps adenosine from reaching this threshold necessary to induce sleep. Anyway, when you fast, your insulin sensitivity increases and the adenosine receptors are involved in this process. If your adenosine functioning is disrupted due to improper lifestyle patterns or caffeine use, they will return closer to their "normal" functioning due to this signalling.
