It’s actually proven that countries like France, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium who consume some of the most fat of any country in the world do not have obesity levels like that in the united states
>>
>>16890636
Confounding variables:
>quantity of food consumed
>added sugars in diet
>ethnic distribution
>>
>>16890636
Fat is ultrahealthy in the natural state where you're about a million times more likely to die from starvation than heart attack
>>
>>16890636
It is if you’re active and fit which OP is definitely not
>>
It's fat + other things in excess that's the problem. Be it carbs or lack of movement.
>>
Belgium eats "French" (actually Belgian) fries all the time, covered in mayo. No joke, every family has their own receipt, which may include super unhealthy stuff like frying potato twice, etc. But they are surprisingly slim. Locals say that that's because of sports, walking, bicycle etc. America just has worst-habits-for-health combo: car dependent, ultra-processed, sugar in everything, sport only on a stadium or in a gym, expensive healthcare not really interested in your well-being etc.

Germany from personal observations:
- They have fats in their food, but it's a natural fat, derived from meat or butter, not some processed chemical bs.
- They also have vegetables everywhere.
- Bread is whole grain and not sweet. I've never seen bread so good as in Germany.
- They don't like sweets. They don't drink sodies. Zoomers are addicted to energy drinks however.

avoid saturated fat

if you want saturated fat that wont cause free lipid spikes take full fat dairy if you are going through CVD after getting an angiography with your cardiologist then avoid all saturated fat and use only liquid unsaturated oils idealistic ideas suggest that youd go plant based with a few servings of meat a week with a statin to reverse the plaque over a year or something maybe 2 then proceed with normal diet once the angiograph shows positive results of the arteries opening up again which means your penile artery is regressed + neuro linings in your brain that have atheromas are also gone its correlated so thats about it if you dont believe me eat your tallow and enjoy the 500 LDL you non aryan faggot

>t knower
>>
These countries actually have infrastructure for foot traffic not just driving. Exercise is the biggest factor. Also these captchas are dogshit.
>>
>>16891333
I heard phytosterols from oats and exercise can help along with statins. I went plant based just to avoid being heartcucked. Fuck these captchas
>>
>>16891333
you want us to stop eating some of the healthiest food on the planet? no thank you i will keep eating my steaks you know what the ceos and other retards can go plant based tho cheaper steaks for me
>>
>>16891361
sterols are healthy, those vegan butters and corn oil actually prevent cvd
>>
>>16891373
then go ahead and get heart disease, my dad had elevated LDL and trig his whole life and ended up getting a stent placed in his 50s because of plaque progression

even if you maintain healthy bmi your LDL and TRIG will spike (free lipids) itll cause atheromas and stage 1-3 atherosclerosis
>>
I never told anyone to go vegan, follow the food pyramid before it got inverted it actually works if you sample healthy people in a population they follow something like that

I lost almost 40kg in the last year and a half doing keto. It's a high fat low carb diet. I eat about 700g of cheese a week with various other foods and an average amount of meat. I've done very little exercise too, maybe an hour of walking per week. I think one of the main things is that keto, and I guess high fat diets, make you feel full quicker so you don't end up eating at much compared to a diet with lots of carbs.

get your lipid panel done

you should take psyllium husk if you are doing keto like a lot like 4tbsp and a statin with a coq10 supplement unless you get the new ones that are injectable that dont lower your production of coq10 which is for heart health

When I was in Berlin I noticed a shitload of old people had problems walking, with many on wheelchairs having to be pushed by caretakers. I've never seen as many old people in such shitty state as when I was in Germany. The caretaker industry in Germany must be huge

Being attracted to this is by definition pedophilia btw
>>
Abortions being considered fear of missing out is related to healthy fat?
>>
Broad studies on persons can’t provide evidence for targeted lab type results (for health). That’s why safety studies and statistical analysis of drugs, scientific reviews, are noise and categorically false.

If you want to kill somebody you feed them a high fat diet. They may not even be obese but they’ll get sick and die.
>>

Assumed true; Europeans aren’t as fat. They eat more fat.
Concluding; Fat is healthy!
Draw out the logic on paper. This is called false dichotomy?

Foie gras is really famous in France and everybody eats some for Christmas. But the funny thing is that in the area where it's made people eat duck grease with everything but until recently they had less cardiovascular diseases than in the rest of the country.

>evaluating healthiness without considering dosage
>evaluating healthiness of individual foods rather than diets
Low IQ, no background in nutritional science. Don't post again.

It's insane that pseudoscientific gibberish like this can overwrite basic biology and nutrition.

so coconut and palm are completely out then.

bullshit
phytosterols contaminate and cause foam cells and reactive oxygen species by disrupting natural cholesterol processing

Based, same but I lost 10kg, I went very low carb more meat and fat and just like you some walking. I was skinny fat and lost all the visceral fat and feel great.

Good job anon.

>then go ahead and get heart disease, my dad had elevated LDL and trig his whole life and ended up getting a stent placed in his 50s because of plaque progression
No he won't and your fat dad got heart disease from excess carbs
>>
>>16890636
>obesity levels
probably some chemical they're giving us. i've never been obese like a lot of my neighbors, coworkers. i don't eat fast food, frozen meals, or drink soda. 16% body fat according to my scale
>>
>>16890636
Dietary fat ≠ body fat. Just don’t pig out and you can take shots of olive oil like bryan johnson.
