What happened to whistling extra loud with your fingers?I have not met anybody under the age of 35 who can do it. It used to be that must adults were capable. What happened to human physiology in the past few decades?

I can do both with fingers and without. I can do it way louder with fingers but when you’re somewhere without a place to wash your hands it’s useless. I learned to do the fingerless whistle afterwards so I don’t put my dirty hands in my mouth.
