You can generate electricity by spinning a magnet or something around copper wire and the field pushes the electrons in one direction which is electricity.

Most energy is just harvested by spinning wheels with steam or wind or water.

But in space, wheels spin forever due to conservation of angular momentum. So why don't we just go somewhere with low gravity and spin a wheel there to get infinite energy lol.

If you get energy out of a spinning wheel, that means the wheel is gonna slow down. Angular momentum will be lost to the wheel.
