I've recently been starting a new semester of classes + studying for my med school entrance exams + working a job, and the sleep deprivation is really starting to get to me. It's only for the next 2-3 weeks, and so does anyone have any novel /sci/ tips on how to tackle this? (besides the obvious get more sleep/eat better)

Yeah, but let me explain first.
What IS sleep?
It's your body's way of recovering and restoring itself. Okay, sure, but -how-?
I'll ignore the body aspect because if not injured it's not that important at first and I'm not as knowledgeable, but the neural side is simple: consolidation of memories + glial cells doing clean up (plus other things, but these are the important ones for now).
Memories is kind of whatever honestly if you're settled into a normalfag lifestyle / aren't a student. You may forget conversation details but whatever.
But waste products = the ache from muscles from working out (lactic acid for muscles, other stuff for brain. So this is like asking "how do I physically exert myself and not suffer the effects of physical exertion?"
It's basically impossible. You can do minor things to increase speed of brain restoration to use less sleep, but there are trade offs that don't work long term.
The best thing you can do is incorporate naps, be it 15 minutes or an hour.
And since I just re-read and saw you were a student, you are absolutely fucked if you scrimp on sleep. Studying is useless if you don't actually retain it. Outside of the naps, cut time from studying for sleep, and learn how to more efficiently study.

tl:dr; you only have so much time in the day, and you have a hard limit on what you're capable of doing, even temporary.
Maybe talk to job about less hours temporarily.

20g creatine daily, 15+mg astaxanthin daily, 1g ALCAR daily, 100mg NACET daily, you can try megadosing melatonin through the day (1g of powder) since you wont get tired at such a high dose when exposed to daylight but ymmv. I won't elucidate the mechanism of action for these drugs, you should already be intimately well learned on bioenergetics and nrf2 and mitochondrial antioxidants. Also, zyns and long acting caffeine pills

Study less and sleep more. You'll see better results
Study before sleep

Stop treating sleep as a chore. Maintain a consistent schedule. Meditation. Self control. Honest evaluation of what you want out of life.
