can anyone decode what this image means. i think it was supposed to be a hypothetical extra terrestrial message. pretty sure the first part is depicting a numerical system. also anyone know where this image came from?
Bottom right would be a size ratio yard stick of some type. A tree on their world, or their lifeforms body maybe for scale to use as the tape measure in ratio against some measurement system scale. Atomic structure in comparison perhaps.
