I think he’d be able to regenerate his face fat, if he had a separate system. I built one today. It might require some animal products. I have to verify some parts of it. Basically a lot of supplements and plants support thermogenesis and AMPK which is contradictory to restoring his face. He skipped and went to injections. It makes me doubt his system.

Protocol targets:
smad3 and tgfb (inhibit or regulate).
Ppar-y activation. Ppar-alpha (do not boost). AMPK (avoid activation)

Supplements;
L-ornithine or Adipofillin serum (topical)
Approved foods: Lecithin, eggs, butter, full fat dairy, white rice, potatoes, turkey, white fish, Nicotinic Acid, Avocado, Macadamia nuts, Standardized AS-IV (98%), Colostrum, Vitamin C ok in small doses for firmness, but its opposed. Hyaluronic acid and collagen neutral.
Avoid fatburners: (green tea, pqq, sulforaphane, pterostilbene). Avoid; Akg (maybe), NR and NMN. Avoid carotenoids and luteolin. Avoid apigenin!

What is interesting is that the niacin forms do different things. Niacinamide maybe neutral. But Nicotinic Acid is ok. NMN and NR are avoid. So thats my initial protocol thus far for maintaining adipogenesis. It is opposed to a plant based fat burning, calorie restricted diet.
The main theory for Bryan Johnsons is that he needs to maintain methylation and anti-cancer. But some aspects of it will not work for true regeneration. Mainly the calorie restriction and thermogenic components. Physical resistance is ok though. Mild cardio OK.

One last note is I'm not sure about oral l-ornithine, and oral hyaluronic acid. Oral hyaluronic acid could create a continuous signal to stem cells “repair me” maybe causing exhaustion. The ornithine is in adipofillin serum which is targeted topically. So im not sure if you want to systemically trigger it orally, if you just want your skin. I haven’t tried the experiment.

There are apps to track skin health. You can make a spreadsheet and record the date, numbers from your skin analysis, and then your foods/supplements. This will help you track any improvements in an overall or categorized skin scores correlated to supplements.
I don’t believe you can reverse your literal face age, because it is linked to your eyeball location and skull growth, by age 40.

Warning; If you have cancer or viruses, don’t use my system.

Bot-generated gibberish.

Carbs OK. Fruit OK. Milk, Yogurt, Butter OK. White meat OK. Nuts it depends. Keto/thermogenesis not ok. No MCT or Coconut oil. No energy drinks.

He would look better if he wasn't Vegan. For all the research he does I don't understand how he decided to stop eating meat.

No synthetic supplement he takes even comes close to the bioavailability of the nutrients that come from meat and fat.
