Is trigonometrizing apartments (I know it doesn't work well with automobiles) a way to use space more efficiently?
>>
>>16934478
No. Humans and the things we put into our homes don't use corners well and this maximizes corner space.

All furniture is made with flat walls and right angles in mind.

Bees have this sussed, we should all live in hexagons

A circular outer wall minimzes surface area - but since buildings tend to be near other buildings, hexagons to maximize internal area for multiple structures. >>16937232
Problem is that hexagons are not self-similar, so you can't just make your furniture hexagonal and have it neatly tessalate, even if hexagonal furniture was a good idea (it probably isn't). For that you want everything square. There are other things that can be done with exterior shape but there's no way I'm posting them here because not all of you are entirely dim and working without credit gets tiring eventually. So don't mistake having some conclusions for it being a closed problem

What do you mean hexagons aren't self similar?

Shitter's too close and sound from its door has a DIRECT PATH OF TRAVEL to people EATING at your kitchen. Now everyone can hear my sloppy, BRAPPy diarrhea and the tinkle-twinkling of my seated urination.
Please think this through better neckst thyme.

I might not be using the precisely correct term here. But a square can fit any arbitary number of equally sized smaller squares without leaving any gaps. A hexagon can't be completely tiled with smaller hexagons, there are always odd shaped spaces
