Use your surgery skills to make cybernetics for astronauts. Like make robot lungs the capability of holding pressured liquid oxygen reserves so that astronauts don't have to wear space suits to breath.

I had to try and change my destiny to stop becoming an astronaut in the future. It could kill you easy, they don't care, also sending a ship to another planet means you die far from your destiny and returning means you could end up being born in another country from the orbital spin. They all suck..
