Very technically, the smaller theropod dinosaurs the size of a chicken probably coo’d. None of the other theropod dinosaurs did and they probably made a mix of crocodile and large bird (think shoebill and cassowary) sounds. Theropod dinos were also the only ones with feathers, and even then the larger members (like T-Rex) didn’t have them. All of the other dinos - brachiosaurus, triceratops, stegosaurus, ankylosaurus and so on, never had feathers ever.
