What are the downsides to sleeping every other night instead of every night? It's an extra 28 hours a week, basically a little over a full day of extra time.
>>16967054Non-sleep=non-comfy. Big tired.
>>16967054try doing speed and staying up an entire week, you'll find out what happens to your brain once you tire it out too much
>>16967054your body will have less time to repair itself and during your wake hours you'll be even more retarded than you are now. and better don't drive.
>>16967054I heard about some early computer programmers apparently adopting a 28-hour day with 6 days a week. Since they never went outside they didn't need to care about the natural day. So they would sleep 6 times per week and apparently they found that easier to work with. But yours sounds a bit extreme
What is the evolutionary advantage of needing to become completely defenseless for 6-10 hours every single day?
