so I had a wisdom tooth removed a fortnight ago and now the cavity is almost healed but I just had spaghetti bolognese for dinner and some little chunks of mincemeat got down there, I got some out but I think some might still be left, it's been healing so fast it will probably be fully closed by tomorrow morning, what happens if they're still there then? if it gets trapped inside my gum tissue and rots there will I get necrosis of the mouth? will it become PART of my body, and then what will happen when my DNA is part cow? will I have to get it surgically removed? what do I do what do I do

To avoid exactly the kind of shit you are describing. You might have been told by the dentist that you would be able to eat the next day, or the other one, but such advice is to be ignored, as they always downplay the post-surgery shit.
