anyone work in clinical research? what's the job trajectory looking like? i'm about to start as a research coordinator in ct surgery, never done it before, hoping it's paperwork and OR time and walking around from site to site while the weather is nice. anyway, is it customary to work your way up to more pay and responsibilities year by year? is it competitive? is it retarded?
