agi requires some kind of seperate counter agent, a one shot llm won't achieve regardless of compute,
For AGI you need architectures that can generalize across domains (not narrow tasks), the ability to form and update internal world models (understanding cause, not just correlation), persistent memory and learning over time (not resetting after each task), grounded interaction with reality (through language, simulation, or physical embodiment), robust reasoning and self-correction, and a training process that balances data, feedback, and exploration rather than brute-force pattern matching; on top of that, it depends on sufficient computational resources, alignment with human values, and a coherent objective structure-without these pieces working together, you don't get general intelligence, just increasingly sophisticated specialization.

To even get the beginnings of AI as best we can understand it through example and comparison the systems will need a heirarchy of memories, some creative control system, and active processing.I even go as far as saying there needs to be specialized domains, a central decision making unit, and some impetus for action.LLMs are literally just big spheres of words quantized into large numbers that denote the word associations. It's like if a retard savant knew the entire English dictionary and coupd repeat it to you convincingly, but not have anything else going on.
