For me it's The Revolutionary Phenotype. It's obviously not true, he does a very poor job actually justifying his idea. But I think the idea that there is going to be a 4th genetic layer above DNA, in the form of bytes on hard drives is interesting.Sadly he's just too weak on the actual molecular science and his alternative hypothesis for the origin of life is just flat out wrong. Which is a shame because I liked the latter half of the book but more as science fiction.
