These modRNA/AAV "vaccines" had to be stored in -80C temp or smth, thats probably why some batches were turned into inactive fluid that failed to cause the planned damage, due to improper handling/storage. On the other hand, DNA plasmids can be stored in room temperature, like a weapon, so they are more practical.
