What's the point of working out and doing aerobic or anerobic excersie if there's people who have never moved a lot and live to 100? I see athletes who barely live to 70 and then theres people who would sit in a chair and talk their whole lives and they live until 90 or 100. If anything moving as little as possible around seems to be the move to living longer and also having a healthier life.

>>16973935unlike the melting blob that was kissinger, you don't have regular injections of liquefied baby into your spinal column
>>16973935We can't all afford to drink the blood of children and eat their adrenal glands. Instead we exercise and eat healthy and all that.
>70 exercising regularly and eating healthy will ALWAYS beat geriatric 100 yo in hand combat.SIEG HEIL.

>>16973935athletes are a special case, no one said you need to be oneModerate physical activity is proven to have good effects on our general health and lifespan, but it can mean just walking 30 min a day.I don't think you know if kissinger did that or not.to reach 100 you also need the right dna, we can assume he had it
He's one of the Chosen, so he's special. Higher IQ, richer, and a longer lifespan and such. My grandparents were the same, lived until their late 90's. Had relatively stress free lives, didn't drink or smoke, and were very active in doing housework and going out for brunch which seemed to be enough for them.
