Why is there no treatment or cure for this serious and potentially life-changing condition in 2026, while for example there are deep underground military bases researching how to modify literal human beings with CRISPR or something along those lines? And most ophthalmologists don't even seem to care about how to cure this or vision-degrading myodesopsia (floaters)? And no, it doesn't only happen to old people. In fact, not all seniors go through this. It can happen prematurely with the right conditions sometimes, such as a blow or too much eye straining in the long run with prescription glasses, as far as I'm concerned.
