could you share your routine for a wristlet? I realize it'll never be good but i'd like to try to make mine less bad. For reference, the current 4-day schedule (at least before semester ruined me) just has me doing:
day2: 3x8-10 (assisted) pullups, 3x10-12 db shrugs
day3: 3x6-10 deadlifts
day4: 3x8-12 hammer curls
every day: 1 deadhang to failure (at end of sesh besides cardio)
i do assisted pullups because i can't even do 1 actual pull up (me being 20lbs too fat is definitely contributing to inability, but regardless)

Unironically bro I just do hammer curls and regular curls with 30lb dumbbell standing
4 sets of 8 for both regular and hammer curls
Work on your form and be slow when you do the hammer curls.
Also hit the heavy bag it'll build your wrists

Recently cut from 350 to 260, but have hit a wall so probably need to reevaluate my calorie intake. Exercise is 1 hour walking every day, small amount of calisthenics, and a hike on the weekends weather permitting. Going to begin some basic barbell training at 250.
