For reference, the current 4-day schedule (at least before semester ruined me) just has me doing:day2: 3x8-10 (assisted) pullups, 3x10-12 db shrugsday3: 3x6-10 deadliftsday4: 3x8-12 hammer curlsevery day: 1 deadhang to failure (at end of sesh besides cardio)i do assisted pullups because i can't even do 1 actual pull up (me being 20lbs too fat is definitely contributing to inability, but regardless)

32 m, lifelong whaleoidRecently cut from 350 to 260, but have hit a wall so probably need to reevaluate my calorie intake. Exercise is 1 hour walking every day, small amount of calisthenics, and a hike on the weekends weather permitting. Going to begin some basic barbell training at 250.
