I dont really have a favourite book but I remember a book I read 20 years ago called "In The Jaws Of The Black Dogs : A memoir of depression. It was fascinating for some reason. I have a very short attention span so I dont read books much anymore but I used to visit libraries often when I didnt have internet and I lived in rooming houses.

I'm a NEET and a shut-in. I've been a NEET for pretty much all my adult life because I was laughably inept at finding jobs even though I tried. Being a NEET is soul crushing because I got way too much free time on my hands. I'm a shut in because there's nothing to do outside. life is in shambles because of my resistance to social interaction and work so ig i qualify to be in here. I go outside less than once a week and when I do there's a 50% chance something will happen that I will be unable to stop from plaguing my mind for like a month
