I'm going to be moving to the Midwest with my husband in the next year and we're still trying to figure out where would be good to move. I was hoping to maybe get some feedback from people to give me an idea of where I might want to avoid or to consider. We've been looking at Columbia since it was a rec from his employer. But about a 100 mile radius from Columbia is what I got to work with. I don't drive but I bike which is something I have to consider.

Potentially finding some friends to not be as alienated when I move, but generally since I have none anyways. Information about where might be the most suitable to move. Would be amazing to find a likeminded girlfriend (no homo).
