>>34590395The way to grow it is pretty simple but takes some work. Basically I just apply manual tension for around 1 hour a day. I use either my hands or an Apex Stretcher 3 with a hanging attachment and do 2 sets of 30 mins or 3 sets of 20 mins. I also include using a penis pump either every other day, 4 sets at 5 minutes each at around 7-13hg of pressure depending on how it feels. I have a very stretchy dick so I'm doing some other pumping methods, low pressure theorized to be a recovery aid and will see how that goes.Unlike many other folks mine seems to be more stretching so while the max size I reach is around 8.4 inches bone pressed and standing, my flaccid stretch is around 9.3 inches currently.
