It has been over a year since this thread was posted! I use either my hands or an Apex Stretcher 3 with a hanging attachment and do 2 sets of 30 mins or 3 sets of 20 mins. I also include using a penis pump either every other day, 4 sets at 5 minutes each at around 7-13hg of pressure depending on how it feels. I have a very stretchy dick so I'm doing some other pumping methods, low pressure theorized to be a recovery aid and will see how that goes.Unlike many other folks mine seems to be more stretching so while the max size I reach is around 8.4 inches bone pressed and standing, my flaccid stretch is around 9.3 inches currently. So yes you can grow out your skin and have it wrap over your cock in a way similar to a foreskin, but the tissue doesn't function in the same way with the same types of nerve endings and that sort of thing. As such, I am happy to wait for that tech to be fully deployed so I don't have to have excess skin cut off to have a foreskin grafted over it.
