The situation I am in can be best described as a scenario of redundancy.

Picture a museum that is local to where you currently live and is in walking distance. It is the only place you can actively go and see wonders beyond your dreams, as you are limited in your location due to circumstances restricting you to remain there. All sorts of art pieces would be submitted by all sorts of artists with all sorts of backgrounds. You are able to breathe in the atmosphere, the culture, and the life that emits from the imaginative minds foreign to yours.

It inspires you. It drives you. It pushes you to become an artist of your own. An author, a designer, a builder, a singer. You are so moved by these pieces from the imaginative minds of others; it becomes your dogma to understand them. Thuse, as you get older, more experienced, you begin to submit artworks of your own. Your very own exhibits front and center for whoever to see. Although, the other artists are getting older, more tired and so they begin to submit less and less. While few are inspired by your art, they do not have the motivation to find the drive and motivation to continue on their own accord.

Eventually... you are the only artist left submitting any new pieces in that local museum. Many come to visit, but no one leaves their mark. You visit day after day, just to see your own work.

Things don't matter in the best way. When is the last time your politics mattered to anyone? Outside of guessing your personality beforehand. That's its only useful marker. But you never in your life managed to enact any of your politics. It's silly. Your politics could be "everyone gets one raping" and all it says whether or not you're a chill hang for specific people. But you don't even like those people. You want them to be sufficiently raped. Hanging out doesn't require that, in fact, you can hang out with just UNO cards if you're skilled enough. Most people don't have that skill. What I'm saying is, you have to learn how to talk to people over a game of UNO before you can convince them of your One Rape Policy. Cart before the horse, crawl before you can walk, and all that jazz.

My politics is everyone should get at least one ice cream for free. It's 50 cents after that and it exponentially increases from there. This is jump start the economy if we make all ice cream delicious as well

I talk to people here regularly. They don't have much to say, so I'll say things for them. I'll continue doing it because all of this requires no effort. Bloviating costs around 12kcal an hour. The human brain is very efficient at doing useless things.

I don’t have any real desires, dreams, or goals. I don’t feel passionate towards anything in particular. I don’t think I’m depressed, well, maybe I am, but I don’t feel like my feelings are that out of the ordinary, specially in places like these. I’m not stupid, I know how hopeless this way of thinking is. No one is coming to save me, i dont ask that, i dont want to burden someone else with my meaningless problems, i know everyone has their own. Still, it’s nice to delude oneself sometimes. I would like to find something everlasting, something that doesn’t erode with time, a connection that never goes away, I don’t know how other people endure the ever-changing nature of life.
I often think about places and people that aren’t part of my life anymore.
I have an incredibly hard time letting go. I wish things were different, or that I could change things that i did, but wishing does nothing. I keep thinking about the steps I’d need to take to change my life, but I struggle to see the point. At the end of it all, what’s there at the end? A life of mediocrity, moving from one pointless distraction to the next, just until I’m too old for anything but conformism, and I quietly let myself die.
I don’t know. I’m not looking for pity, answers, or advice,maybe this is just another way to pass the time.
