Buy a car live in the car and work for 16 months after August to save up money for my surgery now here’s the part where I need Advice should I spend $25,000 on a double jaw surgery or should I spend the money that I make on a genioplasty, which is a chin surgery and can give me some slight results, but not as insane as double gel surgery again and get a rhinoplasty too.The reason why I’m saying this is because a if I get a genioplasty now then when I want to get a double gel surgery later, it’s gonna be more extensive and more expensive but at that time I’ll have money because I’m thinking about if I get the genioplasty in the rhinoplasty and a boob job, I can go back to school feeling confident in myself and I won’t really care as much as I do now and I am debating. I just don’t know which one to choose TLDR should I spend money on a genioplasty in a rhinoplasty because it’s cheaper and faster results but not as good results as a double jaw surgery or should I wait get my double jaw surgery and then spend all my money on that and then work more and get a rhinoplasty and all my other surgeries that I want or just wait for the genioplasty and rhinoplasty then go back to school and then get the double jaw surgery later in life?
