ok, if I get this right, let's say they make the cut at 20 teams.If you are ranked around 15-20 it would be virtually impossible to qualify, because you will most likely end last in your group. But if you are ranked around 21-25 you will very likely have the change to be in a playoff.Make it make sense. They had the chance to change their awful format and now they make it worse.
