Why did Kloppo's football stop working?
>>154866380>You didn't check Trivago?
the asthma TUEs expired
>>154866380Why does this man get so much credit for winning 1 league and 1 UCL in 9 years?
>>154866615>covid season>the UCL was against SPURS!!!!!lmao
>>154866615They played spectacular football. Every team in Europe was afraid of travelling to Anfield for a pretty long time. City has a cool trophy record but ... it was kinda lame
>>154866380It only worked because he had a god tier attacking trio, it stopped working when two thirds of said trio fell off
>>154866644>They played spectacular football.the CL final in 2019 was amongst the worst hard to watch games in the history of this sport
>>154866644Sounds like those pure copium stories from the Netherlands NT that played very well and won nothing.
>>154866723So you still remember the Netherlands stories. You don't remember other teams' stories
>>154866736So you are saying stories weigh more than silverware?
>>154866788We are the moral winners, thes ones who conquered people's hearts
>>154866615Because he went head to head with a monster city while playing fun football and turned a bunch of nobodies and mid players into stars. If real Madrid and peps city didn't exist klopps Liverpool would've been breaking records every season
>>154866955>turned a bunch of nobodies and mid players into starsThis is a complete meme
>>154866955> If real Madrid and peps city didn't exist klopps Liverpool would've been breaking records every season>ifKWAB
>>154866788The older I get the more I believe it
>>1548667092003 was way worse, typical match between shitrie a big teams during that period
>>154866380I remember watching liverpool and telling myself how bullshit it was that they were winning all the second balls, they evenually stopped doing that and became a "normal" team over time. henderson and fabinho were really important
>>154866615his team was dominating, they always lost big trophies to details
>>154866709yes, but like most city games in finals, pep and klopp are pecho frios in finals, pep almost always got away with it in finals, klopp didn't.
>>154866380Did it really stop working? I bet it would still work.Although it did get less effective. Most goals were scored by forcing the opponent to make a mistake in possession. Liverpool could have the ball 70 % of the time without creating much but as soon as the opponents got the ball Liverpool forced a mistake and scored.Football now is most teams trying very hard not to make mistakes. If mistakes were what made Klopp ball flourish then it is pretty obvious it will be less effective. That is my take.
>>154866380Liverpool isn't playing Kloppball anymore.Slot became obsessed with emulating PSG after getting clobbered by them, so is now playing gegenpress players in a possession-heavy system, which obviously doesn't work.
>>154874773what?
