>>154870231I guess nowadays "it only takes one shot" means it only takes one shot to drop a guy. That's why I said what's one less shot for Torrez? Still though, as of right now, he's not beating anyone elite. I think with time, he can beat Dubois, who carries a LOT of weight. We know Dubois is there to be hit, and struggled with Usyk's feints (but that's just about everyone). Torrez just has to go back to the drawing board He could probably beat Ajagba too
>>154869698Unironically I'm most excited for Air roll vs Zoo
>>154871995No reason not to be, to be honest. Two dudes who won't back down and can knock each other out. Both got a lot of wear and tear. It's gonna be nice
I'll be honest: if Spence beats Tim, Tim should just retire. It'll be almost exactly 3 years since he last fought. Spence, basically coming off two car crashes and a super long lay off should get washed by the more active Tim
>https://www.boxingscene.com/articles/wbc-order-for-oleksandr-usyk-agit-kabayel-to-be-next-remains>“Kabayel versus Usyk is next,” WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman told BoxingScene Tuesday.>The dispute aroused some to call for an immediate rematch, but Alalshikh said that can be rectified by staging an Usyk-Verhoeven fight in Holland after Usyk-Kabayel.uhhh is it happening? are we really getting kabayel usyk next?last two fights for usyk will end up being kabayel and riko lmao
>>154873445Is there a timeline for the Kabayel fight? Hopefully by the end of the year. Turki was talking about some bullshit fight in Istanbul next year!
>>154873445Hell yeah
>>154873669if its gonna be sponsored by turki then I think it will have to be in oct or nov because sept already has canelo and december will be for aj and queen
>>154873771October be perfect!
Usyk will defeat Kabayel easily. Why I think Usyk carried Rico. People will now be putting money on Kabayel and it’ll be close to a 50/50 odds.
>>154874147Kabayel has a good chance with his body shots. It's not secret Usyk doesn't like getting hit to the body. Usyk is also old now, meaning less movement, less chance to move away from those body shots. Kabayel by body KO is as likely as Usyk UD.
>>154874317Kabayel style is just too predictable for Usyk even at his age. Sure a body shot can slip in same way as a knockout punch but very unlikely. He isn’t Rico with some weird ass style throwing endless punches
Haha people not recognizing my boxing waifu Come to Butthead
>>154874344I hope you are right. As long as Usyk doesn't stay on the ropes like he did against Rico he should be fine.
>>154872620What makes you think Spence will win? He's been extremely inactive while lil Timmy stays busy
>>154874344I think you're selling Kabayel short. He's a good boxer that doesn't just spam body blows predictably. Kabayel DOES have an unorthodox style compared to anyone he's fought so far and that could cause problems for him, especially if he fights like he just did against Rico. I'm an Usyk fan myself but I'm not convinced that's an easy fight or even a fight he can win at this point.
>>154873445It's up to Usyk. He could always retire or forfeit the title
>>154874727I think Spence should lose. Everything is in Tim's favor
I wouldn't be too surprised if Ford win, and I wouldn't be surprised if Shock wins. But I need Shock to win this
>>154874147Just the fact that Usyk LOOKED beatable would increase Kabayel's chances. Now we know Usyk is getting older and did struggle against Rico (or at least I do), but boxing is mostly mental, as they say. Usyk's last performance has invigorated all of his rivals. I bet Fury and Dubois are just drooling at the thought of another (another) chance
