And so the Darting Dystopia carries on as Luke Littler makes it 2 Premier League Darts titles in 3 years in the greatest quality final ever seen in the PL, as he revenged Luke Humphries for last year on a night where all 59 possible legs were played.In the semis, The Nuke was nip-and-tuck with Gerwyn Price until the Iceman missed tops to complete 120 and Littler pinned 80 last dart in hand to lead 6-4. Price then collapsed and Littler went 9-4 up, but missed 5 to win and his Welsh opponent won 5 legs in a row before going to pieces in the decider and lost to a 14 darter. Cool Hand Luke went 6-2 up on a poor Jonny Clayton before the Ferret won 7 of the next 8 legs to lead 9-7, but the Welshman incredibly had just a single match dart (which he missed) and Humphries progressed.The final saw Luke H. win the bull and broke Luke L. immediately for 2-0, missing tops-tops on 134 to lead 3-0. Littler then won 3 legs running to lead for the first time before Humphries did hit tops-tops on 134 for 4-3, hit tops again to finish 112 for 5-3 and then bull finish on 121 for 6-3. Littler made it 6-4 with the pair both averaging over 110. The younger Luke missed three to level at 6-6, but broke back after the elder Luke failed to finish 38 and then levelled up at 7-7. The defending champion kept holding throw, surviving 2 break darts to lead 8-9, but then fatally lost his composure and lost throw to a lethal 10 darter to trail 9-10.
