I might be biased because I'm not a spurs fan but I could see him improving to consistently playing at around like a Maxie, Booker, level (which is still incredibly good) but like that's a far cry from Luka, SGA, Cade, Brunson, hell even Halliburton. But maybe I'm just not seeing what you see.
