The only way for a "small" country (sub 15M population) to win a trophy is to play ugly football and aim for draws like Greece 2004 or Portugal 2016 (or Croatia 2018 going to overtime every games)We just don't have the talent pools to to rival big countries like France or England who have ngubus on the bench just as good as their starters
