By 2038, maybe.AFC likely to absorb OFC. FIFA will reason that OFC's allocation in a 64 team expansion is 2 direct +1PO spots. AFC will again get +4 spots. So combined AFC-OFC gets 15 direct +1-2PO spots.CAF to add another 4 bumping their share up to 13 +1PO spots. If something similar happens in the Americas they'd also add 5 spots.
