I generally like Germany, Portugal, Netherlands and Belgium. Japan too I suppose. I would be happy to see any of them go far so long as they are not cockblocking England. All other countries are either nobodies or villainous rivals.

Normally, I would say anyone from CONCACAF besides Mexico, but Canadians have grown obnoxious, Panama prefers to kick you instead of the ball, and Haiti and Curaçao will be happy to get a single point in the group stage. Can't exactly root for Australia when they're in our group, so, Czechia and Scotland, I guess.

I like south american teams, they have soul. Also their women are hot and I haven't met any of them yet so I can still maintain my illusion that they aren't bitches or whores until proven otherwise.
